ARCHITECT'S NOTE

"WE DO NOT INHERIT THE EARTH FROM OUR ANCESTORS; WE BORROW IT FROM OUR CHILDREN”

While the origin of this saying is still anonymous, the wisdom that it encapsulates appears to have been transmitted through centuries, through generations, spanning across different geographical locations and cultures. It is about the life of a man who is not indebted to his predecessors for the world that he lives in, but is responsible to pass on a world that is beautiful and cherishable to his successors.

If we start thinking on similar lines and try to make this world a better place for our children, that would perhaps be the most significant thing to give back to our human life. And thus, USSHAR has been conceived as a child-friendly development with an aim to create an atmosphere that is safe and well-crafted for the children as well as the elderly members. Coming up with an over-all inclusive design was the goal: combining affordable spaces with the existing golf course view on one side and the ever-expanding urban cityscape view on the other side, helped shape our design ideas. The design acts as a bridge between these two cityscapes by bringing back nature into the urban concrete through a biophilic approach that will provide a green field for human life to bloom now and thereafter…
